If you have a legacy Home or Personal subscription, or you’re currently subscribed to Prey Starter, you can switch your plan by simply selecting the plan you’d like to subscribe to in the Account section of the Settings of your Control Panel.
If you're subscribed to Prey Tracking, Prey Protection or Prey Full Suite, you can change your plan at any moment by contacting our Support team - we’ll be happy to help!
