Adding and removing device slots to your account

This feature is only available for Prey Tracking, Protection and Full Suite. Prey Free and Prey Starter are fixed plans. If you’d like to protect a number of devices different than the ones allowed by your plan, please contact our Support team for a change of plan.

You can add or remove as many device slots as you wish from your Prey account at any point during your subscription. Keep in mind that, for upgrades, we’ll only charge prorated amounts. For downgrades, we’ll generate prorated credits proportional to the period remaining in your subscription.

To process this change, you can do it in the Account section of your Control Panel, or by contacting our Support team from your Owner or Admin accounts.
