In case you have 2-factor authentication activated, you’ll need your authenticator app working as well. If you are not able to get the app working, then you should use one of the recovery code we sent to your email when you first activated 2-factor authentication.
Additionally, if you have set your phone number on your Prey account, you can request the code to be sent via SMS.
